People using the website agree on these terms as they appear, amended and suspended, without exception. If someone does not agree to these terms, they must not use the website or proceed to any transaction in it. frisbeediscs.gr reserves the right to use legal measures in case of violation of the following.

The personal information you provide on the pages of this website (name, address, telephone number, email address) is intended solely to ensure the proper functioning of services and the placement of an order.  frisbeediscs.gr uses this information/data in accordance with articles of Hellenic Law 2472/1997, in order to process customers’ orders, and shall in no way publish or disclose it.
 

Security of payments

Frisbeediscs.gr uses the Bank of Piraeus clearing system, Paypal  and Viva Payments for transactions with credit or debit cards.  None of the data related to the credit or debit cards of our customers, are recorded in the database of the website.

Consumer Protection

Making an order through this e-shop signifies that you enter into a distance selling agreement, which is governed by the legal frame of Hellenic Law 2251/1994, as modified.
You may enter into a valid order through our e-shop provided that you are a legally capable person according to the Hellenic Civil Code (that is if you are eighteen years of age or older and you are not placed under judicial guardianship regarding the entering into sales agreements). Representatives of legal entities may also place orders; our company reserves the right to claim from supervisors or guardians any order made by legally incapacitated persons.

 
Prices

All prices indicated for products available through frisbeediscs.gr include VAT 24% and do not include shipping or delivery costs.

Frisbeediscs.gr reserves the right to amend, correct and / or improve, change, suspend or terminate any part of the website or its content including these terms and conditions of use, the products and services available through it, including even your access to it at any time without notice. Use of the website following the changes in placement will indicate to your acceptance.
